    SHAPES

Sporty – Often halterneck and cropped, the sporty shape is perfect for surfing and SUPing! These sportier styles offer comfort and practicality, often made with quick-drying, lightweight fabrics or neoprene so that they stick to your body as you surf those barrels.

Bandeau - A strapless tube-style design, the bandeau emphasises the bust area. Some styles come with removable straps and padded cups for added support. Most designs are wireless, while some offer push-up support – great for tanning!

Triangle - Simple, and often with light support, the triangle bikini offers less coverage than other styles. Some triangle bikinis offer additional padding or are moulded to create more shape. The straps normally fasten at the nape of the neck in a halterneck style, offering more support.

Tankini - The tankini offers that little bit of extra coverage, as it covers the stomach area. Often with removable or molded padding, the tankini guarantees support and coverage for a flattering, streamlined look.

    BIKINI BOTTOMS

Classic Bikini brief - The bikini brief is a classic shape that offers full coverage, especially at the back. This style is higher on the hips with a low rise.

Hipster brief – Another classic shape, the hipster brief offers full coverage.

Tie side – Often worn with a triangle bikini top, tie sides offers smaller coverage, but make your legs look longer!

    BIKINI CARE GUIDE

All bikinis are suitable for wearing in water. However, some materials are more suited for chlorinated pools and seawater. It’s worth bearing in mind that bikinis decorated with embellishment and beading are typically more likely to deteriorate more quickly in chlorinated water or seawater.

    Dos:

    • Do hand wash your bikini in cold water

    • Use mild detergent

    • No matter what the style of your bikini, it is worth rinsing it in fresh water straight after taking a dip in the sea or swimming pool. This will prolong the life of the garment

    • If possible, always dry your bikini away from direct sunlight

    Don’ts:

    • Do not rub, bleach or soak your bikini

    • Do not iron

    • Do not tumble dry

    • Do not dry in direct sunlight

    • Do not leave rolled up wet
